We, at Isetan Mitsukoshi Property Design, will continue to strive and make efforts as an environmental creation business towards the future beyond change, under the vision of Isetan Mitsukoshi group, which aims to be a retail group centered around a special department store, enriching customer’s lives.

As an environmental creation business, we envision enriching people's daily lives as we strive towards building a sustainable society.  Our three main businesses areas include:

-“Construction and Interior Business”, with a proud legacy spanning over 110 years since our days as the former Mitsukoshi Gofuku Store, which owned a furniture factory.

-"Housing Environment Business “ offers interior design and new construction to individual customers leveraging Isetan Mitsukoshi’s spirit of hospitality and craftsmanship.

-"PM, CM, and Design Business" leveraging the expertise in store renovation and operation gleaned from department stores, prioritizing quality in the work process to ensure utmost customer satisfaction. 

With these three core businesses as our pillars, our strength lies in our ability to handle not only from planning, design, and construction but also to take on projects from start to finish. Leveraging this strength, we breathe life into innovative ideas and collaborate to shape them into new forms.

On the other hand, it is imperative for us to fulfill our social responsibility through active engagement with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

As part of our environmental initiatives, we are committed to promoting Fairwood, which prioritizes forest conservation worldwide. Building on the FSC certification obtained at our Mitsukoshi Seisakusyo, a company operated factory located in Rokugo, Ota Ward, we are expanding our efforts to disseminate this value to a wider audience. Furthermore, addressing industry-wide challenges, we are dedicated to improving the working environment to “enrich the meaning of work” for our employees and partners alike.
